Truly Scrumptious - Cake Biz Shellharbour

I have been a regular customer of Cake.Biz in Shellharbour for years now and will continue on doing so. 

What I love most about Cake.Biz is that you have the freedom to design your own cake image (provided that you give them a copy of the image on a thumbdrive) or choose from their selection of images displayed in their photo album available at the front of their counter. 

Cakes are available in three different shapes: round; square or heart and comes in three sizes (small, medium and large) except for heart shapes only two sizes (small and large). But if you’re into the fancy style cakes, their creations are so impressive and attractive that screams “someone special is celebrating”. 

Our girls love ice-cream cakes for their birthdays and their favourite ice-cream is chocolate ice-cream with broken Tim Tam biscuits throughout it – ever so delicious and highly recommend it. We did have vanilla ice-cream with Tim Tam biscuits but the chocolate ice-cream is the best choice. 

I personally love pavlovas but I don’t like passionfruit, kiwi fruit, grapes or black berries as the topper. I like mine simple and requested bananas and strawberries for my topping and it tasted just perfect! If you want pavlovas, you need to order them, there are no premade pavlovas and the smallest size is medium size. 

Here’s something handy to know, Cake.Biz has both sponge and ice-cream birthday cakes made up if you are in desperate need of a birthday cake but forgotten to order. The ice-cream cakes are stored in their glassed door freezer, located on the left-hand side upon entering the store. 

They also sell cake decorations / novelties and candles. Of course, Cake.Biz aren’t limited to their scrumptious cakes, apple turnovers and a variety of slices. I have also had a variety of meatpies they have on offer – my favourite is their chunky meat pie, the best meatpie I have tasted so far, you can also buy cold meatpies to take home to heat and eat for another day. 

They offer authentic coffee, the aroma is so inviting and the coffee is freshly made and rich in flavour. You also have the option to dine in (indoors or outdoors) or take away. 

Cake.Biz Shellharbour also conveniently have plenty of free parking available off-street or nearby parking lots (approximately two-minute walking distance).
